The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord." Disclaimer: although one may attend the one year training we do not guarantee that every individual will become a Care Minister with HCFM. There are other criteria to be met in HCFM policy and proceedures manual. Training lay leaders of the local church in the ministry of healing and deliverance, we refer to as "caring for the soul" -thus we call those trained Care Ministers. They serve their local church and/or in the ministry of "He Cares for Me".
